#fried We all should make something new from leftover food instead of wasting it. From leftover rice I used to make, Thepla, Tikkis, Chilla, dumplings , crispy rice & many more. Here I made crispy rice from leftover rice.

Ingredients for Crispy Rice Recipe

  • 1 cup Leftover steamed rice
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • As Required For seasoning
  • As Required Red chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Crispy Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Spread rice on a plastic sheet & put it in sunlight.
  • STEP 2.2. Let it dry completely, it may take one day, depends on how strong sunlight is.
  • STEP 3.3. When it dries completely, deep fry it in hot oil, season it with salt & chilli powder.
  • STEP 4.Note:
  • STEP 5.1. Once dried you can store it & when need fry it.
