  • 1/4 Small Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Rinse them in water to remove excess starch.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the fried potatoes, roasted peanuts, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, chaat masala, salt, and red chili powder to make the dressing.
  • STEP 5.Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss well to coat all the ingredients.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with some more coriander leaves and serve the crispy potato peanut chaat immediately.

  • Make sure to cut the potatoes into small cubes to ensure even frying and crispiness.
