  • 300 gram Pork fillet
  • 2 No.s Spring onions
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 20 No.s Coriander stems
  • 1 teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Clear honey
  • As required Salt

Directions: Crispy Pork And Honey Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a large mixing bowl add 300 gm pork fillet cut into thin strips. Add 4 tbsp corn flour and mix well to evenly coat the pork.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 deep fry the pork in a wok of hot oil for 8 to 10 minutes until it turns golden and crispy.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the pork.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 heat oil in another wok, add 2 cloves finely sliced garlic, 1 cm finely sliced ginger, 1 finely sliced red chilli pepper, 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper and fyr for a few seconds.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add the fried pork to the wok, add 2 tbsp clear honey and salt to taste and fry for a few seconds.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 sprinkle 1 tbsp toast sesame seeds, 2 finely sliced spring onions, 20 coriander stems cut into 1 inch length and toss all together.

  • STEP 7.7 transfer to a serving dish.
