#BPF Dosa is a delicious South Indian recipe that's usually served as a breakfast, lunch and dinner especially this brown crispy ghee roast is my all time favorite that's topped completely with ghee, these are the classic few Indian dishes that I have always adored and craved a lot to have it every day for my breakfast.

Ingredients for Crispy masala dosa Recipe

  • 1.50 Cups Idli rice
  • 1/2 Cup Split urad dal
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fenugreek seeds methi dana
  • 1 Tbsp Split gram
  • As required Salt
  • As required Ghee or butter

Directions: Crispy Masala Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble all ingredients, soak in big bowl for 5-6 hours.
  • STEP 2.Now take a mixi jar add all ingredients Grind it well with some water... Or as required
  • STEP 3.Now add salt and mix it well and make a butter use your hand make batter little thinner and keep it in warm place
  • STEP 4.Now allow it to the batter for firmetion for 6-7 hours in warm place
  • STEP 5.After formetion the batter mix well and it's ready to make dosa
  • STEP 6.Now heat a twa, spread the batter with plain ladle as thin as possible, and drizzle the ghee or butter all round. And cover with lid for a minute then open the lid.. Out of the twa..
  • STEP 7.Then cut the half crispy dosa in middle of the one end using the spatula and roll it as a cone... Now cone crispy dosa is ready to serve with spicy sambhar...
