A very spicy and popular evening snack recipe made with jackfruit seeds. So from next time whenever you think of discarding it keep this recipe in mind.
STEP 1.1 cut the jackfruit seeds lengthwise into halves.

STEP 2.2 take out the outer white peel and discard it.

STEP 3.3 boil the seeds by submerging them in water with 5 grams of salt.

STEP 4.4 after the first boil lower the flame and cook it for another 30 minutes.

STEP 5.5 now add salt, red chilli powder and asafoetida in it and mix well.

STEP 6.6 sprinkle some rice flour on them and mix everything nicely.

STEP 7.7 heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the seeds in it until they turn brown and crisp.
