Ingredients for Crispy Hare Bhare Pakore Recipe

  • 4 gram green garlic
  • 6 grams Palak (spinach)
  • 0.08 piece moti mirchi
  • As required finely chopped
  • 2 gm Coriander leaves
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1/25 tbsp Ginger
  • As required Grated
  • 1/25 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1/100 cup Water
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/25 tsp cumin powder
  • As required ½ tsp Chilli Powder
  • As required ½ tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • As required ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • As required Chaat Masala Powder For sprinkling

Directions: Crispy Hare Bhare Pakore Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean, wash, and pat dry the green garlic, spinach, and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 2.Finely chop the green garlic bulbs and leaves, spinach, and coriander leaves. Transfer them to a big mixing bowl.
  • STEP 3.Take 2 achari chillies or thick chillies and make a slit in the centre. Discard the seeds and chop them into small pieces. Add the chopped chillies to the mixing bowl.
  • STEP 4.Add grated ginger, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, besan and salt.
  • STEP 5.Take ajwain (carom seeds) and crush them between your palms before adding them to the pakoda mixture.
  • STEP 6.Add water little by little and prepare a well-combined thick batter pokada mixture.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil on medium flame in a kadhai or wok.
  • STEP 8.Take a small portion or 1 tablespoon of the batter and drop it in the medium hot oil.
  • STEP 9.Deep fry the pakodas or fritters till they change colour to a golden brown.
  • STEP 10.Drain them on paper towels to remove the excess oil.
  • STEP 11.Hare bhare pakode is ready to serve.
  • STEP 12.Sprinkle chaat masala on the pakodas and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
