  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • STEP 2.Season the duck legs with salt and pepper, then place them in a roasting pan.
  • STEP 3.Roast the duck legs in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart.
