Ingredients for Crispy chiilly potato Recipe

  • 100 nos gr diced paneer
  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • As required oil (for frying)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1.50 nos clove garlic (sliced)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger (chopped)
  • 1/4 nos onion (petals)
  • 1/4 nos Capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 0.13 tsp chilli powder
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Crispy Chiilly Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes for 5 min in a pan with salt.
  • STEP 2.Make semi liquid batter of maida , corn flour and salt. Dip the paneer cubes and fry them in oil.
  • STEP 3.Take a pan put 2 tbsp oil add ginger and garlic then add all vegetables , sauces and spices.
  • STEP 4.Add fried paneer, mix well and serve them hot.
