STEP 1.Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pcs . Wash them keep aside.
STEP 2.Take a mixing bowl , add chicken pcs .
STEP 3.Now add all the given ingredients of batter one by one .
STEP 4.Mix it well , keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
STEP 5.Add lil water if required, batter should be a lil thick.
STEP 6.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
STEP 7.Moderate the flame , drop chicken pcs one by one in the hot oil, deep fry until light brown .
STEP 8.Take out in a bowl , keep aside.
STEP 9.Reheat the oil , refry chicken pcs until crispy brown.
STEP 10.Take out on an absorbent paper .
STEP 11.Plate it , serve it with any dip or chutney..
