Ingredients for Crispy chakli Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Rice flour
  • 0.13 Cups Gram flour
  • 3/4 Tbsp Ghee
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Carom seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • A Pinch Asafoetida
  • As Required Water
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Crispy Chakli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all ingredients apart from oil make soft dough with water.
  • STEP 2.Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Divide dough into small portion.
  • STEP 4.Take one portion and put into chakli maker.
  • STEP 5.Make all chakli one tray.
  • STEP 6.Now heat oil in a kadai.
  • STEP 7.Fry chakli on medium flame.
  • STEP 8.Let it cool completely n store in airtight container.
