Ingredients for Cripsy chicken pakora Recipe

  • 50 g rams of chicken
  • 0.40 g pcs of eg
  • 0.80 Tbsp Of cornflour
  • 0.80 Tbsp of refined wheat flour
  • 0.40 Cups of sunflower oil
  • 0.40 Tsp Salt
  • 0.40 Tsp Baking soda
  • 0.40 Tsp Soya sause
  • 1/5 Tbsp Of ginger paste
  • 1/5 Tbsp Of garlic paste
  • 1/5 Tsp of black peeper powder

Directions: Cripsy Chicken Pakora Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first small boneless chicken pieces wash by clean water and remove the water from the chicken
  • STEP 2.Add salt,ginger-garlic paste,soya sause,black peeper powder in the chicken pieces and mix it well with hand .
  • STEP 3.In an another bowl egg,cornflour,refined wheat flour,baking soda blending well with a spoon and make the batter and put the chicken pieces into the batter and mix.
  • STEP 4.Deep fry the chicken pieces in sunflower oil until it's looks like brownish in colour and serve hot with salad and sause.
