  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds crackle, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in the same pan and add the tomato-onion paste. Cook for a few minutes.
