STEP 1.First of all blanch the chopped spinach . Keep it aside .
STEP 2.In a hot pan add olive oil then add all the ingredients one by one . At this point do not add mixed herb , pepper and salt .
STEP 3.Saute for 2 mins then add 1/2 cup of water . Cook then blend it into a smooth paste with pre blanched spinach .
STEP 4.Add 2 cubes of butter in a hot pan pour the spinach paste into the pan . Cook for a minute . Mix 1 cup of water . Add black pepper , mixed herb and salt to taste . Garnish with fresh cream .
STEP 5.Serve hot with freshly baked focaccia .
