Ingredients for Creamy Spinach (Palak) Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Onions
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 g reen chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 A Bunch bunch spinach (palak)
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • A Pinch Pinch of hing
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Directions: Creamy Spinach (palak) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and finely chop the spinach.
  • STEP 2.In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and saute the spinach on low flame for 4-5 mins.
  • STEP 3.In another pan take oil and add pinch of hing, add jeera, grated ginger, chopped green chilli and finely chopped onions.
  • STEP 4.Saute till turns little golden in colour.
  • STEP 5.Add finely chopped tomatoes, haldi powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder, salt to taste and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 6.Add malai and spinach and cook for 5 -7 mins.
  • STEP 7.Oil will start releasing.
  • STEP 8.Off the gas.
  • STEP 9.Serve with Roti.
