STEP 2.In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and saute the spinach on low flame for 4-5 mins.
STEP 3.In another pan take oil and add pinch of hing, add jeera, grated ginger, chopped green chilli and finely chopped onions.
STEP 4.Saute till turns little golden in colour.
STEP 5.Add finely chopped tomatoes, haldi powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder, salt to taste and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.
STEP 6.Add malai and spinach and cook for 5 -7 mins.
STEP 7.Oil will start releasing.
STEP 8.Off the gas.
STEP 9.Serve with Roti.
