  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Onions, Chopped
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 125 milliliter Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 50 milliliter Heavy Cream

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 2.In a large ovenproof casserole dish, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the pork chunks and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the pork from the dish and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same dish, add the onions and garlic and sauté until softened. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • STEP 4.Gradually add the chicken stock, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  • STEP 5.Return the pork to the dish and add the thyme, mustard, and cream. Stir to combine, then cover the dish with a lid or foil.
