  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1/2 Cloves
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.06 cup Cashew Paste
  • 0.13 cup Coconut Milk
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Cream
  • as required Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, cashew paste, and coconut milk. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they are cooked through and tender.
  • STEP 6.Finally, add garam masala and fresh cream. Stir well and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the prawns for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
