3 No.s Potatoes boiled and diced
2 No.s Carrots diced and steamed
1 inch Green beans cut into s and steamed 1/4 cup
2 tablespoon Raisins
1 Onionthinly sliced
2 sprig Coriander Leaves roughly chopped
As required Salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Fresh cream
1 tablespoon Whole black peppercorns, coarsely pounded
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Directions
STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl add 3 potatoes boiled and diced, 2 carrots diced and steamed, ¼ cup green beans cut into 1 inch pieces and steamed, 2 tbsp raisins, 1 onion thinly sliced, 2 sprigs coriander leaves roughly chopped and salt to taste.
STEP 2.For the dressing , in a small mixing bowl add ¼ cup fresh cream, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp coarsely ground black peppercorn and 1 tbsp olive oil. Whisk the dressing to combine well.
STEP 3.Next add the dressing to the salad vegetables and toss well to ensure that all the vegetables are well coated with dressing.
STEP 4.This salad can be served chilled or warm.

STEP 1.Mustard paste can also be made at home by grinding
STEP 2.Honey can be added to the dressing (optional).
