Boil the palak for 5 min after that transfer immediately it in cold water. Then make a puree .,then saute green chilli, garlic,ginger in olive oil add the palak puree some salt, black pepper, nutmeg powder and make a boil.Add some honey and lemon juice to inhance the flavour. Garnish it with fresh cream and some coriander leaves.

  • 1 tsp Fresh cream
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 nos Garlic no
  • 1 tsp Honey
