This dish is prepared quickly. Its a one pot meal I will say which has nokdles added veggies to it. Creaminess ia due to use of coconut milk and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients for Creamy Mushroom Speghetti Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Coconut milk
  • 50 gm Mushroom
  • 1 Pieces Onions
  • 1 tbsp Parmesen cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 A Few Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 Packet Speghetti
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves for garnish

Directions: Creamy Mushroom Speghetti Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add oil. Add sliced onions and saute till it caremalized.
  • STEP 2.Add sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic and saute till it gets cooked. Add salt and pepper powder to it.
  • STEP 3.On another side, Boiled the Speghetti and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Once mushroom is done, add coconut milk and cook
  • STEP 5.Now mix Speghetti into it and combine well. Grate parmesen cheese to it
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and serve
