Directions: Creamy Mushroom Speghetti Recipe
STEP 1.In a pan add oil. Add sliced onions and saute till it caremalized.
STEP 2.Add sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic and saute till it gets cooked. Add salt and pepper powder to it.
STEP 3.On another side, Boiled the Speghetti and keep aside.
STEP 4.Once mushroom is done, add coconut milk and cook
STEP 5.Now mix Speghetti into it and combine well. Grate parmesen cheese to it
STEP 6.Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and serve
