Everyone loves mangoes. A summer without a desert is like a book without pages. So let's make this summer desert with a no artificial flavours and less fats!
STEP 1.Boil the milk on slow flame once it has risen. Then stir it continuously till it had been boiled to half its quantity.
STEP 2.After the milk cools down, add milkmaid and cream. If required, add sugar, mix well and stir.
STEP 3.Now blend the mixture with a blender and set the dessert in the container to be placed.
STEP 4.After 4-6 hours the dessert will get solid. Add the pulp in the milk and blend it and put it back in the refrigerator.
STEP 5.After 6-7 hours the dessert will be ready to eat.
