Ingredients for Creamy Mango Delight Recipe

  • 1/4 Litre amul gold milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp Milkmaid
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cream
  • 50 g Mango pulp
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar(optional)
  • As Required For Ganishing cubed mango chunks
  • As Required For Ganishing Pistachio slices

Directions: Creamy Mango Delight Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the milk on slow flame once it has risen. Then stir it continuously till it had been boiled to half its quantity.
  • STEP 2.After the milk cools down, add milkmaid and cream. If required, add sugar, mix well and stir.
  • STEP 3.Now blend the mixture with a blender and set the dessert in the container to be placed.
  • STEP 4.After 4-6 hours the dessert will get solid. Add the pulp in the milk and blend it and put it back in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 5.After 6-7 hours the dessert will be ready to eat.
