Creamy corn toasties is a quick fix meal which is healthy yet delicious. It can be prepared when you dont have much time to prepare eloborate meal and still want to make everyone happy by serving delicious food
STEP 1.Boil the sweet corn. Apply butter on bread slice and toast it from both sides
STEP 2.In a pan add little amount of butter. Saute chopped capsicum and mushroom. Remove it to a plate.
STEP 3.Now to prepare creamy saice, In the same pan add butter. Once it melts, add flour and keep stirring on low heat till it changes the colour.
STEP 4.Now once the flour is roasted, add milk and stirr continuously to avoid getting lumps. It will be thicken up.
STEP 5.Now add grated cheese, oregano, chill flakes and pinch of salt (as cheese is already having salt) and mix well. Your creamy white sauce is done.
STEP 6.Mix the sauteed mushrooms and capsicum and boiled sweet corn to it and combine well. Remove from heat
STEP 7.Spread this over toasted bread and serve immediately. You can garnish it with fresh coriander leaves while serving.
