STEP 1.take 1 litre water in a pan and add salt and cooking oil to it. Let it boil and then add pasta. Boil it for 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
STEP 2.Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onion , mushroom , sweet ham , all purpose cream , Evaporated milk , cheese , sugar , pepper and pasta.
STEP 3.Mix it well so that the pasta gets fully covered by sauce. Cook it for a while and your creamy carbonara pasta is ready to be served.
