4 Nos Slices white bread, without crust and cut into small cubes
1/4 Cups Castor sugar
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon (cinnamon powder)
1.50 Nos Whole large eggs at room temperature
1 Cups Milk (
1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract
0.13 Cups Melted butter
1/2 Tsp Orange zest
0.17 Cups Dried cranberries

Method
STEP 1.Cut the crust off the slices of bread.

STEP 1.Cut each bread slice into 4 squares and keep aside.

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add sugar and ground cinnamon powder.

STEP 1.Add milk, vanilla extract, orange zest and melted butter to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.

STEP 1.Butter the inside of a square baking mould and layer the quartered bread slices on it.
