Ingredients for Crab Soup Recipe

  • 400 gram Crab
  • 1 No.s Tomato
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Shallot
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 5 cup Water
  • As required Salt
  • As required Some coriander leaves

Directions: Crab Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice tomato . Chop shallots. Chop coriander leaves.

step 2

  • STEP 1.add sesame oil in a cooker & heat it.

step 3

  • STEP 1.add cumin seeds. Add chopped shallots and garlic.

step 4

  • STEP 1.now add crab and turmeric powder. Mix for 2 mins.

step 5

  • STEP 1.add 5 cup water & salt as per taste .Then add sluiced tomato and coriander leaves.

step 6

  • STEP 1.cook at low flame for 3 whistles. Turn off the gas.

step 7

  • STEP 1.sprinkle black pepper powder and coriander leaves.
