  • 1/10 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  • STEP 4.In a separate saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagne noodles on top, followed by a layer of the crab mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of tomato sauce.
  • STEP 6.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • STEP 7.Let the lasagne cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
  • STEP 8.Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
