  • 0.13 cup Mayonnaise i prefer olive oil mayo
  • 0.13 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 3.50 ounce Artichoke hearts drained, rinsed, and chopped
  • 3 ounce Lump crab meat you can use imitation crab but the real stuff is so much better! if using crab meat from a can, drain
  • 0.13 cup Red pepper finely chopped
  • 0.13 cup Green Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Buffalo hot sauce or regular hot sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • As required Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 0.13 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.31 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Divided
  • 0.13 cup Shredded pepper jack cheese see note
  • As required Note:if you dont want this to be spicy substitute borden shredded sharp white cheddar cheese in place of the pepper jack
