Ingredients for couliflower egg curry Recipe

  • 1/2 nos one couliflower
  • 1 tablespoons Mustard oil two
  • 1.50 teaspoon Cumin powder one
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder one
  • 2.50 teaspoon Ginger paste one
  • 3 teaspoon Garlic paste one
  • 3.50 teaspoon Turmeric powder half
  • 4 teaspoon Red chilli powder half
  • 4.50 nos salt to taste
  • 5 nos water for cook.
  • 5.50 nos Egg one
  • 6 nos onion one medium

Directions: Couliflower Egg Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the couliflower and wash it few warm water and drain the water from couliflower. Now take a pan and add the mustard oil in medium heat. Now add the onion chopped fry in low frame. Add the salt, turmeric powder fry with onion slices in like brown colour. Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry in two seconds. Now add the red chilli powder and mix with spicy masala fry them. Now add the couliflower fry with mix masala and fry all in low frame for two minutes. Now add the water for cook and cover the lid for five minutes.
  • STEP 2.Take the egg and boil it. Now the peel the skin from boil egg. Now the turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder mix with egg and fry it. keep aside. Now the fry egg mix with couliflower and cook well and remove the stove and serve it rice.
