Ingredients for Schezwan chilly corn masala Recipe

  • 125 g Corn kernels
  • 0.13 Cups Capsicum
  • 0.13 Cups Green onions
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 Pieces Garlic
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sechwan sauce
  • 1 Pieces Green Chillies / Chili Flakes / Mixed Spices
  • 1/2 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 Tsp pepper powder
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter

Directions: Schezwan Chilly Corn Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the corn kernels first. Once the seeds have germinated, strain them into a perforated container. Pour cold water over it so that the seeds come loose.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the corn kernels after they have cooled. Add salt-pepper, lamb flour and corn flour to the corn kernels and mix. Marinate in this way and put in deep freezer for 15 minutes. Remove the corn kernels from the freezer and fry crispy on medium to high flame. Crispy corn is ready.
  • STEP 3.Put butter in a pan and saute garlic, chilli and ginger paste. Then fry capsicum and green onions in it. Then add soy sauce and sezwan sauce.
  • STEP 4.Then add in the crispy corn kernels. Add pepper and salt, mix well and stir.
  • STEP 5.So ready is Sezwan Chili Corn Spice. Garnish it with green onions. Serve hot.
