STEP 1.1) crush 1 cup boiled American corn kernels in mixer grinder coarsely and keep remaining 1/2 cup as it is.
STEP 2.2) In a mixing bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes, coarsely crushed corn kernels, remaining 1/2 cup whole American corn kernels, chopped onion, capsicum, pudina leaves and chopped coriander leaves.
STEP 3.3) Add salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chili garlic ginger paste and lemon juice.
STEP 4.4) Add rice flour and breadcrumbs. Combine all ingredients well. If required add more breadcrumbs.
STEP 5.5) Now take some portion of mixture and give cylindrical shape. Insert stick or skewer and press it with hand. Do all kabab like this.
STEP 6.6) Cook all sides on grill pan with oil until golden and crisp from outside . You can deep fry too. Enjoy hot corn kabab with ketchup and lachhchha salad.
