Ingredients for Corn fritters Recipe

  • 0.33 nos cup American corn
  • 0.33 nos cup gram flour
  • 0.67 nos tbsp corn starch
  • 0.17 nos chopped capsicum
  • 0.33 nos chopped onion
  • 0.67 nos chopped green chillies
  • 0.08 nos Cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.17 nos Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.17 nos tsp asafoetida
  • As required as per taste salt
  • As required Water
  • 0.33 nos tbsp hot oil
  • As required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Corn Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a large mixing bowl take sweet corn kernels.
  • STEP 2.Now add gram flour and corn starch.
  • STEP 3.Now add capsicum and onion.
  • STEP 4.Now add green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 5.Now add turmeric powder asafoetida and salt.
  • STEP 6.Combine and mix well without adding any water.
  • STEP 7.Now add water and form a thick batter.
  • STEP 8.Now add hot oil and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Now drop the corn pakoda mixture, making dough balls into the hot oil.
  • STEP 10.Stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
  • STEP 11.Fry till the pakora turns crispy and golden brown...
