Ingredients for Corn Dhokla Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Coriander leaves A few
  • As required Fenugreek leaves A few stalks
  • 1/2 kilogram Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt

Directions: Corn Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a big bowl and add 250 grams of cornflour,  1 teaspoon cumin seeds,  1 teaspoon red chilli powder and 1 table spoon coriander powder,  1 table spoon salt,  half teaspoon turmeric powder,  half tea spoon garam masala,  half tea spoon baking powder, half cup chopped coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves.
  • STEP 2.Now add some water to prepare a dough and let it settle for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes make dhokla
  • STEP 3.S using your hands. Now make a hole at the center of the dhokla
  • STEP 4.Once the dhoklas are made,  take a steamer cooker and place the dhokla on it and cook for 20 mins.
  • STEP 5.Now after 20 minutes transfer the dhoklas on a plate.

  • STEP 6.Serve with some onions and chopped coriander leaves.
