Ingredients for Corn Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Mushroom
  • 0.17 cup sweet corn/ boiled corn
  • 0.17 cup grated cheeses
  • 0.17 Tsp ½ tsp crushed black pepper
  • 0.17 tsp Garlic cloves(crushed)
  • 0.17 tsp ▢salt as required
  • 0.33 tbsp As needed butter or olive oil

Directions: Corn Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and mix corn, cheese, garlic, black pepper and salt.
  • STEP 2.2. Mix and toss all the ingredients well.
  • STEP 3.3. Clean the mushrooms. Remove stem and gills.
  • STEP 4.4. Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the mushrooms.
  • STEP 5.5. Take out the mushrooms from the pan and fill them with the corn mixture.
  • STEP 6.6. Again place the filled mushrooms in the same pan and cover it for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.7. Allow the cheese to melt.
  • STEP 8.8. It tastes awesome when hot. Enjoy!
