Ingredients for Corn Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
2 Pieces Mushroom
0.17 cup sweet corn/ boiled corn
0.17 cup grated cheeses
0.17 Tsp ½ tsp crushed black pepper
0.17 tsp Garlic cloves(crushed)
0.17 tsp ▢salt as required
0.33 tbsp As needed butter or olive oil
Directions: Corn Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
STEP 1.Take a bowl and mix corn, cheese, garlic, black pepper and salt.
STEP 2.2. Mix and toss all the ingredients well.
STEP 3.3. Clean the mushrooms. Remove stem and gills.
STEP 4.4. Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the mushrooms.
STEP 5.5. Take out the mushrooms from the pan and fill them with the corn mixture.
STEP 6.6. Again place the filled mushrooms in the same pan and cover it for a few minutes.
STEP 7.7. Allow the cheese to melt.
STEP 8.8. It tastes awesome when hot. Enjoy!
