Ingredients for Corn cheese papadi platter Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Boiled sweet corn
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Processed cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  • 6 pieces Papdi

Directions: Corn Cheese Papadi Platter Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop the tomato, onion and capsicum finely.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add boiled sweet corn, chopped onion, tomato and capsicum.
  • STEP 3.Add salt to taste, chilli garlic sauce and mix well.
  • STEP 4.On papdi, spread the layer of cream cheese. Keep a spoonful of corn mixture over it. Top it with grated cheese. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on top.
