Ingredients for Corn chaat Recipe

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Pink salt
  • 2 tsp Chaat masala

Directions: Corn Chaat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Remove the corn kernels.
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan and add 2 Tbsp Oil.
  • STEP 3.Add the sweet corn and saute for 5 minutes on medium flames (you want to slightly cook the sweet corn to release that rawness).In a large bowl, add cooked sweet corn, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, seasoning, green chili (optional), and cheese.
  • STEP 4.Mix everything using a spoon/fork.
  • STEP 5.Do the taste test and check for seasoning.
  • STEP 6.Serve fresh or you can even heat it slightly or keep it in the fridge and serve cold.
