We gujarati's make lots of dishes from leftover foods. So here i have used my leftover khichdi, added corn made muthia with sooji, rice, gram flour and soya flour.
Ingredients for Corn and khichdi multigrain flour muthia Recipe

1 cup Khichdi
1/2 cup Bottle gourd grated
1/2 cup sooji
1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup Gram flour
0.33 cup Rice flour
0.33 cup Soya flour
8 garlic cloves
1.50 teaspoon ginger grated
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
3/4 teaspoon Turmeric
As required Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon curd
As required For seasoning
2 tablespoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoon Grated coconut dry
3 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
