Ingredients for Corn And Cheese Balls Recipe

  • 2 Potatoes boiled and peeled Nos
  • 1/2 cup Steamed corn
  • 1/2 Capsicum finely chopped Nos
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • As required Finely chopped coriander leaves as desired
  • 2 Garlic cloves grated Nos
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Corn And Cheese Balls Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl mash 2 boiled and peeled potatoes till smooth. And ½ cup steamed corn, ½ a capsicum finely chopped, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp cornflour.

  • STEP 1.Mix well to combine all the ingredients to a homogenous mixture.

  • STEP 1.Take small portions of the mixture, roll and shape into small sized lemon balls.

  • STEP 1.Once all the mixture has been made into small ball shapes, spread bread crumbs in a plate and roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat evenly. This will give a crust when fried.

  • STEP 1.Preheat oil in a deep pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot, slip in the balls and fry a few at a time.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Fry the corn and cheese balls till evenly golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and drain off the excess oil. Serve hot.
