As we all know that coriander seeds have lots of medicinal values. Tried this recipe from mrs. Meenakshi ammal "samaithu paar" cookbook. Its a very tasty and flavourful kuzhambu goes well with rice, idli and dosa too..
Ingredients for Coriander seeds/dhania kuzhambu Recipe
1/4 tamarind small lemon size

1/2 tablespoon Gingelly oil +2 tsp
0.13 teaspoon Mustard seeds
0.06 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon Peppercorns
