Ingredients for coriander chutney Recipe

  • 1/5 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/10 cup Mint leaves
  • 1 nos green chillies
  • 0.80 nos cloves garlic
  • 1/5 inch Ginger
  • 1/10 nos Onion
  • 1/10 tbsp roasted chana dal
  • 1/10 tsp Sugar
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • 1/20 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/20 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/20 tsp Black Salt (Pink Himalayan Salt)
  • 1/5 tsp Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1/5 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)
  • 0-1/5 nos ice cubes
  • 0.40 tbsp Water

Directions: Coriander Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, wash well the coriander leaves and stems alongwith the mint leaves.
  • STEP 2.In a blender add all the ingredients mentioned above and grind to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Home Style Green Chutney is ready. Transfer the chutney in an air tight container and store it in a refrigerator. Enjoy this super tasty chutney with your favorite snack or Indian chaat.
