1/2 cup Moong dal
As required washed and soak. required at water. as needed coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped cumin seeds Salt to taste spoon ginger garlic paste oil & paneer greted

STEP 1.In a bowl soak the moong dal with enough water. Drain the excess water from the soaked moong dal and put it into a blender with coriander leaves and make a coarse paste.
STEP 2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the spices with lemon juice and mix well.
STEP 3.Add water to make it into a pouring salt consistency batter.Heat a tawa and spread some oil over it.
STEP 4.Now pour the batter on the tawa and cook it from both sides.Grate paneer on the hot cheela and serve with green chutney or sauce. .
