0.63 Cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 sprig Thyme, tied with kitchen twine
1/4 Bay leaves
3 Pearl onions
3/4 ounce Thick cut bacon, cut into lardons
1 ounce Button mushroom, quartered
0.13 tablespoon Butter
0.38-1/2 tablespoon Butter and flour mixed together for thickener
