  • STEP 1.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
