  • 1/2 Bag of fresh lemons, halved
  • 1/2 bunch Celery with leaves cut into thirds
  • 2.50 Whole garlic heads sliced in 0.5 top to root
  • 2.50 Onions peeled and cut in 0.5 top to root
  • 1/2 Bag of small red potatoesand washed, larger potatoes cut in0.5
  • 1/2-1 Packs whole mushrooms, dusted
  • 1 pound Andouille or smoked sausage cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 0.06 ounce 1 bottle of bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup Celery powder
  • 30-35 ounce Seafood boil seasoning for 30 pounds of crawfish
  • 2 ounce Liquid crab boil
