I remember making these coney dogs for the first time when i was twelve. My school had a canteen day festival where students could set up a little stall to sell their own food. Nestled in a sesame bun, the juicy chicken sausage is topped with a savory chili beef sauce and chopped onions to create a delicious hotdog that was a hit with both kids and adults alike.
