  • 200 gram minced pork
  • 3 tablespoon shallots finely crushed /minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrot
  • 1/4 cup scallion oil
