Ingredients for Colocasia Curd Curry Recipe

  • 125 g arbi washed
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 nos onion chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 3/4 tsp Dhania powder
  • As required To taste salt
  • 1/2 cup Dahi
  • 1/2 tsp Besan
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder

Directions: Colocasia Curd Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil arbi, cut into roundals, keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, add ajwain, let it splutter.
  • STEP 3.Now add onion, increase the flame, stir fry it until light brown.
  • STEP 4.Add arbi pcs now, stir fry it for 2 minutes. In goes ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released.
  • STEP 5.Now add green chilli paste, haldi & dhania powder, also add salt. Mix it well. Sprinkle lil water, cook it until oil has surfaced.
  • STEP 6.Blend dahi & besan nicely, add in the masala. Mix it well, give a boil.
  • STEP 7.Add garam masala powder now, mix it well.
  • STEP 8.Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out & gravy becomes saucy.
  • STEP 9.Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with dhaniya leaf & slitted green chilli.
