  • 1 tablespoon maldive fish flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 No.s sliced red onion
  • 1 cup grated coconut

step 1

  • STEP 1.in a grinder take some maldive fish flakes, red chili flakes, salt, sugar and onions. pound these ingredients till the onions blend with chilies.

step 2

  • STEP 1. to this add grated coconut and pound well. mix using a spoon and your coconut sambol is ready to be served.
