  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook on medium heat until they are browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, dry roast grated coconut until it turns golden brown. Grind it into a fine paste with water.
