Coconut laddu is fav.sweet.I always make it on festival,for fasting,for celebration,for serving guests.It can be served for breakfast! It is healthy n tasty .It can be enjoyed in winter for breakfast.
STEP 2.2)Heat ghee on slow flame add desicated coconut ,saute for 2 minutes on slow flame ,colour should not change
STEP 3.3)Add milk,mix well,let cook till becomes thick,stir continuously.
STEP 4.4)Add Cardamom nutneg powder,sugar,soaked saffron,chopped almonds, mix well. Add milk powder mix well Milk powder gives awesome taste n texture to laddus.
STEP 5.5)Saute till it thickens.
STEP 6.6)Take it down ,let it cool,make Laddus of desired size
STEP 7.7)Decorate with saffron strings.
