  • 1/4 teaspoon Ghee use oil for a vegan version
  • 1/4 tablespoon Water
  • 1/25 cup Jaggery powdered or shaved
  • 0.03 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 0.06 cup Coconut grated. if you are using frozen coconut, thaw it to room temperature
  • 0.13 cup Rice flour i used store bought rice flour. you can use idiyappam flour also
  • 0.16 cup Water refer notes
  • 0.13 teaspoon Gingelly oil
  • 0.03 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.38 tablespoon Gingelly oil for greasing the mold and steaming plates
