  • As required Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • As required Salt
  • 250 gram Prawn
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 3-4 Naga pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut paste
  • As required Jute leaves

Directions: Coconut And Jute Leaves With Prawn Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Start with plucking the jute leaves from the stem. Wash them thoroughly.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Take the 250gms of peas split, soak them in water for 1-2hrs.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Chop the onions and garlic, slit naga chilli from the middle and clean prawns with lukewarm water and clean it properly.

step 6

  • STEP 3.Take a kadai and pour cooking oil in it for heating.

step 7

  • STEP 4.Now add chopped onion into it and give them a shallow fry.

step 8

  • STEP 5.Now add turmeric powder 2tbsp , salt ( according to taste and preference) , naga pepper 2 , prawns 300 grams.
